孩子做什么What kids do

1. 放大看：把一张照片一直放大，直到看见一个个小方块，也就是像素。Zoom in: enlarge a photo until you see tiny squares, the pixels.
2. 按数字涂色：A 是涂好的心，B 要自己涂出来。1 涂黑，0 留白。Paint by numbers: A is a heart already filled in, B you fill in yourself. 1 is black, 0 is white.
3. 设计自己的秘密图，把每一行写成 0 和 1，别给别人看。Design your own secret picture, write each row as 0s and 1s, and don’t show anyone.
4. 传图游戏：两人背对背，一个念数字，一个照着涂。Picture by phone: back to back, one reads the numbers and the other paints.
5. 好多不一样的 7：能写一条规则让电脑全都认出来吗？Many different 7s: can you write one rule that lets a computer recognize all of them?
6. Quick, Draw!：一个孩子画，全班看 AI 猜。Quick, Draw!: one kid draws while the class watches the AI guess.
7. 带回家：孩子念秘密图的数字，家长照着涂，再猜是什么。At home: the kid reads the secret picture’s numbers, and the parent paints them and guesses.

要点Key idea

像素就是数。黑白图每格一个数（0 或 1），彩色图每格三个数（红、绿、蓝，各 0–255）。8 × 8 的猫只有 8 个字节。

Pixels are numbers. A black-and-white picture has one number per square (0 or 1); a color picture has three (red, green, blue, each 0 to 255). The 8 × 8 cat is only 8 bytes.

和 AI 的关系Where AI comes in

同一个 7 可以大小、粗细、位置都不一样，人写规则总会漏掉一种。所以 AI 不靠人写规则，而是看大量例子，自己调分数。

A 7 can be big or small, thick or thin, on the left or the right, and hand-written rules always miss one. So AI doesn’t use rules written by people: it looks at many examples and adjusts its own points.
